By placing your order or booking using the website ANATOLIA GIN you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out below.
Any personal information provided by you is confidential and will not be passed on to any other companies or organisations not affiliated with our online business.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without notice at any time.

ONLINE ORDER DELIVERY TERMS
If your order is received by 12am, we’ll do our best to dispatch it the next working day. We try to process all orders within working day of receiving them, but can be 3-10 days subject to stock levels.
We deliver across the UK via verius delivery companies. If possible, please check the condition of your parcel before you sign for it. If it’s at all damaged, don’t sign for it but hand it back to the courier to return to us. If you only discover that your parcel is damaged after you’ve signed for it, please contact email immediately at info@anatoliagin.com stating your details.
To purchase products from ANATOLIA GIN, you must be of legal age to buy alcohol in the country in which you reside.
By placing an order with us you are confirming that you are over 18 and agree to an electronic age verification check to confirm this. By placing an order, you consent to a credit data search, which will leave an ID check footprint. If we cannot confirm your age via an electronic check we reserve the right to request proof of age and/or decline to fulfil your order.
Orders cannot be dispatched until your age has been verified regardless of shipping option selected.
Our delivery company drivers reserve the right to check ID if they are unsure of the recipients age.

GENERAL
You must be aged 18 or over to purchase alcohol. It is an offence to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 in the UK.
We operate Challenge 25 policy in our delivered sales, always asking for a recognised form of ID when we have reason to believe that the customer or person receiving goods may be under the age of 25.
While every effort is made to supply all items listed online, there are instances where this may not be possible, if this happens we will contact you and offer an alternative.
We reserve the right to withdraw or replace products online without notice. Merchandise prices and specifications are also subject to change without notice.
We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Even where your payment is accepted by our systems, no contract shall exist until ANATOLIA GIN have dispatched the items to you.
ANATOLIA GIN will not be held responsible for any loss, consequential loss or damage to any individual or business which may have occurred from the use (or misuse) of any product or any information contained on this website.

ONLINE PAYMENTS
We use Stripe (Credit or Debit Card) because we believe they are to be a very safe way to buy goods online, and it’s easy! Simply follow the instructions on the checkout page. Stripe is international secure payment services used by millions of people every day for purchasing goods online. You may pay for your purchases using any major credit card including Visa, MasterCard or American Express and you will receive confirmation of payment via email.
Payment shall be due before delivery. If payment fails your order will be cancelled. There will be no delivery until clear funds have been received.

RETURNS POLICY
You may return your items to Anatolia Gin, they must be returned in their original packaging, within 14 days of purchase. You will be refunded for the goods once received back to our offices and checked for damage or use. Contact us at info@anatoliagin.com for more information and Return address is

FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS
If there is a problem with your order or items are faulty you must inform us within 14 days of receipt of the order to obtain a refund. To report a problem please contact us at info@anatoliagin.com
If an attempted delivery is obviously damaged, you are within your rights to refuse the order, at which point it will be returned to us.

FAILED DELIVERIES
We cannot accept responsibility for delivery failure if you provide an incorrect address and postal code or incorrect contact telephone number. Please check this information when placing your order.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

REPLACEMENTS
If you have ordered an incorrect product, we are happy to offer a replacement item (if available) if we are notified within 14 days of the purchase, provided the incorrect item is returned to us in an unworn, saleable condition with all tags still attached. If no replacement is available, please see our returns policy above.

TAXES AND OTHER CHARGES
As these orders are paid for in the UK, VAT is payable on all online shop orders regardless of the final destination country. We keep all international surcharges to a minimum where possible, but this charge is not something we have the ability to waiver.

JURISDICTION
This website, these terms and conditions and any contract entered into as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
